Carolyn Green

Carolyn brings a personable, hands-on management style to the West Hills branch. With both a banking background and several years in the travel business, Carolyn found her career match in real estate. Since 1978, Carolyn has sold real estate and was named a top agent for a large, local company and served as Trainer and Recruiter. Since 1986, Carolyn has been a branch manager. Her dedication to her team involves providing on-going training, support and providing resources to help them achieve personal success. Her agents especially benefit from her "Coaching to the Max Program."

Carolyn believes in promoting the real estate industry and has served as President of the Washington County Association of Realtors, President of the Oregon Chapter of Certified Residential Brokers and was selected as 1996 PMAR Realtor of the Year. She has served on the Board of Directors for both Oregon Association of Realtors and the Realtor Multiple Listing Service. Carolyn is also a past president of the Portland Metropolitan Association of Realtors.

Married more than 27 years, Carolyn and her husband, John, enjoy their dogs, cats and their second home at the beach in Manzanita.
